Terms of Service

By accessing or using StealthCheck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

StealthCheck is a browser stealth monitoring service that analyzes browser fingerprints for automation artifacts and stealth evasions. The Service offers:

• A free fingerprint test available without an account (limited to 10 checks per day per IP address)
• Paid monitoring plans (Pro and Business) for continuous browser stealth monitoring via tracking tokens

To use paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. All prices are in USD.
• New paid subscriptions include a 14-day free trial.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
• Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas through technical means (multiple accounts, rotating IPs, etc.)
• Submit intentionally malicious payloads to the API

The Service, its scoring algorithms, detection logic, and user interface are the intellectual property of StealthCheck. Your browser fingerprint data and check results remain yours.

API access is subject to the rate limits and quotas of your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access that degrades service quality for other users.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, detection accuracy, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. We aim for high availability but scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StealthCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
